| On 22 February 2018 UCL Professor and special advisor for mission-driven science and innovation to Commissioner Moedas, Marianna Mazzucato has published her report Mission-oriented Research and Innovation in the European Union. Following the publication of the report, the European Commission has launched a call for feedback on missions, which is open until 3 April.
As the survey will influence the upcoming Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP9, 2021-2027), it is crucial that the scientific community responds. We therefore would kindly ask you to respond to the Survey. The survey is structured as follows: 1. selection criteria for missions, 2. implementation of missions, 3. topics for missions. We strongly recommend that you suggest, based on your academic expertise, topics for ambitious missions relevant for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
