Safe Medicines and One Health
In this podcast, medical doctor Rebecca Chandler talks about pharmacovigilance in emergencies, and how to monitor potential side effects in outbreak situations. Drawing on the workshop she held at the summit of 2017, Dr Chandler highlights issues of real-time safety surveillance, public trust, and how to build a culture of pharmacovigilance that’s anchored in citizen participation as well as scientific processes.
