Activities at RVC (2017)
On the 8th of November 2017, an evening event was organised at the Royal Veterinary College to discuss One Health approaches to AMR.
The event was composed of four seminars by four different speakers who discussed AMR and One Health from an ecological, food chain, medical and farm perspective.
Over 90 people from RVC, LSHTM, LIDC, UCL, VMD, RUMA and other institutions and the public attended the event.
The conclusions highlighted the important need for further collaboration and One Health approaches to tackle the challenges posed by AMR. The event concluded with a drinks reception.
