Summary:
We are at a critical juncture in the field of global health security and it is appropriate to organise the community around a set of common principles, goals and objectives. Like the London Declaration for Neglected Tropical Diseases or the Oslo Ministerial Declaration on global health, this Conference aims to bring together the global heath security community to agree on a set of principles to guide the field and set priorities.
